Tallinn University of Technology

Tallinn University of Technology (TUT), founded in 1918, is the oldest and the biggest public university in Tallinn and the second largest in enrollment in Estonia. TUT offers internationally recognized Bachelor and Master programmes in English (sometimes also combined with Russian) in many different study fields: Business, Social Sciences,  Law, IT, Engineering. There are also some tution fee free programmes and scholarships available for the students!

There are nearly 700 international students from all over the World  (~60 different countries) currently studying at TUT, also from Georgia, studying either full time degree or exchange students. It is worth to point out that TUT is also approved by the Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia.

ADMISSIONS:

To apply for Bachelor programme the applicant has to fill the application form in our online application system and send signed application form to us together with the following documents:

  1. High School Graduation Certificate
  2. High School 3 years Academic Transcript
  3. personal statement/ motivation letter
  4. 1 passport size photo
  5. Copy of TOEFL/IELTS score report (required TOEFL score is 500 (173 computer based, 61 iBT). Requested IELTS score: 5,0 and above. Tallinn University of Technology TOEFL code is 8665)
  6. Application Fee for 40 EUR
     

To apply for Master programme the applicant has to fill the application form in our online application system and send it to us together with the following documents:

  1. Bachelor Diploma
  2. Academic transcript of Bachelor studies
  3. 1 passport size photo
  4. Copy of TOEFL/IELTS score report (required TOEFL score is 500 (173 computer based, 61 iBT). Requested IELTS score: 5,0 and above. Tallinn University of Technology TOEFL code is 8665)
  5. Application Fee for 40 EUR
  6. CV/motivation letter depending on programme prerequisites

RESIDENCE PERMIT:

After being accepted to TUT, Georgian applicants can apply for the Visa and Temporary Residence permit to come to study in Estonia from the Estonian Embassy in Tbilisi.
